Hello Everyone,

I wanted to take a moment to tell you a little bit about myself.  On any given day, you can find me playing with my friends, taking nature walks, and swimming or curled up by the fire watching animal shows.  I also spend a lot of my time thinking about baking cookies and treats.  I like to come up with cookie and treat recipes that are both nutritious and tasty that I can share with my friends and all of you.   Some of my recipes were inspired by my friends, their favorite flavors, adventures and stories.  Of all the cookies I make, Signature Spice is my favorite.  It combines the flavors I enjoy most, honey and molasses, but most of all cinnamon.   After a long walk in the woods, nothing beats the smell and taste of a Signature Spice cookie.
 
I share my house with six birds, three fish, two humans, and one dog, Oliver.  He is my newest friend, and like me and all my friends you will meet on my web-site, he came from a shelter.  I never forget how lucky I am to have been rescued by Kathy, the head chef at Emmett’s Edibles, and in an effort to pay it forward; I often donate to help other animals less fortunate than myself.
